How to identify a malfunctioning solenoid valve that needs replacement:
If the VVT solenoid is malfunctioning, the Check Engine light will illuminate, and you'll notice a significant decrease in engine performance.

Installation Instructions:
Use a tool to carefully pry the old glass along with the plate.
Disconnect the pins that connect the old glass.
Insert the pins into the new glass.
Align the plate with the steering mechanism and press it firmly in place.

Important Note:
VVT solenoids commonly fail or malfunction due to sludge buildup. Sludge obstructs the flow of fluid through the valve screen, preventing proper operation. To prolong the solenoid's life, use the recommended lubricant and adhere to a regular oil change schedule.
