This O2 cel fix with a miniature cat will trick your ECU into thinking the stock catalytic converter is still installed. When you remove your catalytic converter, your post O2 sensor will see higher temperatures and a greater flow of unburnt fuel. As a result, this will throw check engine lights (Cel, SES, DTC) typically the error codes will be P0420 (Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1) and/or P0430 P0420 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 2). But for OFF ROAD use only!!!

What causes the CEL?
There are many aspects to cause CEL, one aspect is a catalytic problem.
And our CEL eliminator is one kind of small catalytic converter in front of the O2 sensor,
so if your real catalytic converter is broken, the CEL eliminator can help you to reduce the toxic gas.
But sometimes, the CEL alert is caused by an O2 sensor problem. For example, the O2 sensor is too sensitive,
and the CEL will still be on after you load the eliminator. And still, it will cause more Code errors!
So our CEL eliminator (someone calls it Mini cat) cannot solve all the problems on CEL alert.
